Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Must maintain a professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership roles.
• Experience developing diverse teams and collaborating with HDR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through reviews and advisory services.
• Drive quality assurance and coordinate with the Quality Manager.
• Oversee development and application of tools, standards and techniques.
• Assign qualified staff to projects and manage workload across teams.
• Develop strategic plans for the business class and contribute to leadership teams.
• Engage in industry and academic partnerships to advance capabilities.
• Mentor HDR leaders and promote employee-owned culture.
