Job summary

Kooth is seeking a Director of Revenue Development to own opportunities across public-sector pathways and translate strategy into direct contracting with funders to expand Soluna access for youth nationwide.

You will build trusted relationships with executive leaders across state agencies, counties, and higher education, guiding opportunities from development through contracting to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to secure new funded institutional customers.
• Demonstrated success delivering revenue through large‑scale contracts.
• Experience building and managing a qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio across Kooth’s priority markets with accountability from development to signed contract.
• Identify and develop direct revenue opportunities with state agencies, counties, large municipalities, higher education, and education systems.
• Build relationships with executive decision‑makers, budget owners, and leaders to secure funding and investment.
• Define buyer, funding source, procurement requirements, and contracting pathway for each opportunity.
• Lead opportunities through business‑case development, proposal, procurement, negotiation, and contracting with cross‑functional teams.
• Advance multiple opportunities through negotiation and final purchasing decisions.
