Job summary

Valley Health System seeks a Manager to oversee provider enrollment and managed care operations, translating strategy into compliant, timely processes. You will lead a team, ensure accurate enrollment with payers, and manage delegated credentialing while coordinating across Revenue Cycle, Legal, and clinical leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of payer relations, and experience driving performance improvements within a health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years' managed care experience in a healthcare setting.
• Three years' experience in payer enrollment with delegated credentialing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payer relations, provider enrollment and delegated credentialing operations.
• Translate managed care strategy into operational processes with performance standards.
• Lead and develop the provider enrollment team and resolve enrollment issues.
• Serve as an internal/ external expert on insurance industry changes and payer policies.
