Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Director of Provider Enrollment to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the enrollment function. You will oversee a team delivering enrollment services, credentialing workflows, and client-facing updates while driving efficiency and accuracy.

You will build relationships with clients and providers, monitor performance metrics, and implement policies to ensure consistent, high-quality enrollment outcomes across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience with physician credentialing and enrollment workflows across multiple states.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in provider enrollment functions.
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPI, EDI, EFT, and ERA processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Provider Enrollment department's day-to-day operations.
• Develops relationships with providers, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitors enrollment lifecycle timeliness, accuracy, and denials.
• Provides regular status updates on credentialing deliverables.
• Recommends workflow improvements to ensure consistency.
• Produces management reports and analyzes trends.
• Leads monthly leadership meetings.
