Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7 years health plan/provider contracting experience; 5 years management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic direction and oversee department deliverables.
• Build high-performing teams and drive culture initiatives.
• Manage hiring, training, budgeting, and performance.
• Collaborate with directors to advance company strategies.
• Lead contracting processes and template development.
• Negotiate complex provider contracts.
• Coordinate with Network Management to ensure network adequacy.
• Participate in Joint Operating Committee (JOCs) meetings.
