Job summary

You will drive contracting strategy, improve affordability and quality, ensure access, and position the network for growth.

This role leads cross-functional governance across clinical, financial and operational teams, oversees value-based arrangements, analyzes network performance, and guides expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• Eight or more years in provider network management, provider contracting or value-based payment (VBP) with multi-market experience.
• Experience supervising teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end provider network strategy and contracting for Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial lines.
• Advance affordability, quality goals and competitive market performance through strategic contracting.
• Ensure access, regulatory readiness and strong provider partnerships across markets.
