Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry/Structural Biology/Protein Engineering required.
• At least 10 years in biologics discovery or protein sciences.
• Strong leadership within pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of therapeutic targets including structural, sequence, and domain analysis.
• Define antigen and engineered-cell design strategies for antibody discovery.
• Protein design & engineering using homology modeling, structural analysis, and mutagenesis.
• Apply computational and AI/ML-based protein design tools.
• Engineer proteins to improve stability, expression, and assay relevance.
