Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with significant experience in protein engineering and leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic protein engineering and antibody-derived formats.
• Experience leading discovery projects and delivering development candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the protein engineering team and set scientific direction.
• Own engineering strategy from concept to development candidate nomination.
• Co-develop computational‑experimental strategies with ML and computation leaders.
• Align strategy with therapeutic area priorities and program goals.
• Ensure design choices are developable and manufacturable across expression and titer.
