Formación

• Bachelor's Degree 15+ years of academic / industry experience OR Master's Degree 12+ years OR PhD 8+ years in related field.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Degree in protein engineering, biochemistry, molecular biology, structural biology, bioengineering, immunology, or related discipline.
• Deep expertise in therapeutic protein engineering: structure–function reasoning and affinity optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the protein engineering team; set scientific direction and hire/develop scientists.
• Own engineering strategy on discovery programs—format selection and liability remediation.
• Co-develop design strategy with ML/computational leads across portfolio.
• Align strategy with therapeutic area priorities and program delivery.
• Ensure engineering choices are developable and manufacturable.
• Collaborate with Discovery Biology, Structural Biology, DMPK, Toxicology and others.
• Represent protein engineering at governance and portfolio reviews.
• Evaluate external technologies and manage collaborations.
