Job summary

RHO Residential is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the property’s leasing, maintenance, and service activities, ensuring top-tier customer experience. You will lead subordinate supervisors and enforce operating standards per the manual, while driving revenue and occupancy targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in property management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree suggested but not required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in property management.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and perform advanced business mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the highest possible Net Operating Income through cost control and revenue improvement.
• Provide high-quality staff through recruitment, training and development.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans and present data to Supervisor.
