Job summary

Lewis Group of Companies seeks a Director, Property Management Operations in Upland, CA to lead centralized support for Residential Property Management. You’ll drive consistency and efficiency, partnering with regional directors and corporate teams to empower onsite staff.

In this role you’ll oversee a 13–15 person team, manage RealPage usage, and implement process improvements while aligning with Legal, HR, and Accounting to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in multifamily property management or related operations.
• 3–5+ years leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and admin processes.
• Experience with property management tech; RealPage/Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized functions supporting Residential Property Management.
• Drive standardization, automation, and centralization of workflows.
• Lead projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage RealPage system configuration, support, and integrations.
• Partner with IT and vendors to deploy new technology.
• Establish service levels, controls, and performance metrics.
• Develop and coach a team of 13–15 employees.
