Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead property management, compliance, and site services strategy across hyperscale data center sites.
• Serve as primary Oracle contact for property governance with municipalities and regulators.
• Own land administration activities including leases, easements, and development obligations.
• Coordinate approvals, renewals, and regulatory obligations across active and future sites.
• Oversee asset management, building administration, and non-critical site services.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on portfolio health, risks, and compliance status.
