Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a Director of Compliance & Property Management to lead governance, land administration, and regulatory management for its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure hyperscale data center portfolio. The role oversees land records, leases, zoning, environmental and safety compliance, and site services across multiple sites, guiding executive decisions and external stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in property management, real estate, land use, entitlements, infrastructure development, site governance, asset management, operations administration, compliance, logistics, or related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, complex programs, or cross-functional initiatives in high-growth, heavily regulated environments.
• Strong background supporting large-scale industrial, infrastructure, data center, or site portfolios.
• Deep familiarity with zoning, permitting, land use approvals, easements, leases, and development agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management, compliance, and site services strategy across a portfolio of hyperscale data center sites.
• Serve as Oracle’s primary contact for property governance with municipalities, utilities, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
• Own land administration activities including records, leases, zoning, permits, and access agreements.
• Coordinate property approvals, renewals, amendments, and regulatory obligations across active and future sites.
• Ensure lease terms and environmental commitments are met and managed across the portfolio.
• Oversee portfolio‑level asset tracking, governance, and site services execution with cross-functional teams.
