Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in property management, facilities management, real estate operations, or related field.
• Experience overseeing residential and/or commercial properties, building maintenance, internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Experience with operating budgets, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
• Experience with capital planning, preventive maintenance, and long-term asset preservation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing property operations across residential, commercial, and corporate properties.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze variances to improve asset value.
• Lead capital planning, capital expenditures, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Source and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers with cost control and quality.
• Establish standardized procedures, maintenance schedules, and reporting for growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and affiliated teams on property needs and leasing decisions.
