Job summary

To The Rescue seeks a Director of Property Management & Asset Integrity to oversee performance, maintenance, and long-term value of a diverse property portfolio. This leadership role blends operations, budgeting, vendor oversight, and asset planning to ensure safe, well-maintained spaces for people in need.

You will manage budgets, capital projects, and scalable processes while maintaining compliance with codes and safety standards across residential, commercial, and corporate properties.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in property management, facilities management, real estate operations, or a related field.
• Experience overseeing residential and/or commercial properties, building maintenance, internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Experience managing operating budgets, controlling expenses, and evaluating opportunity costs and financial performance.
• Experience with capital planning, preventive maintenance, building systems, or long-term asset preservation.
• Leadership experience, including supervising employees, managing contractors, or leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and related business tools.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility under company vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities
