Overview

Razorfish Health is seeking a Director of Project Management to join a robust team leading our clients to new innovations. The ideal candidate is a project and program management expert, mentor, and advocate. He/She is a trusted partner able to lead internal and external teams to align on all deliverables and drive them to successful completion. The Director will oversee a team delivering work for at least one significant client book of business, partner with other departments to resolve operational issues, champion process optimization, and advocate for the PM team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-million dollar client account, responsible for high-quality deliverables, client satisfaction, meeting business requirements, and balancing client and agency economics.
  • Define delivery structure and vision on projects, overseeing multiple projects within a client relationship.
  • Own project scope, monitoring, budgeting, and timing at the account level.
  • Drive process improvements and manage a team of project managers and senior project managers.
  • Interface with client senior executives, marketing, technical, and product management to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the project portfolio.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and manage a team of direct reports.
  • Mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of applicable experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting.
  • Experience in fully integrated marketing, technical, digital delivery.
  • Healthcare or Pharma experience required.
  • Launch experience is strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in project and program management, strategic planning, and tactical execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, issue resolution, risk management, and detailed planning.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with clients and vendors.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
