Jupiter Power LLC seeks a Director, Project Finance & Capital Markets to lead structuring and execution of project financings for a growing utility-scale battery storage portfolio. You will work with Finance leadership to implement group strategy and act as a deputy to a VP, ensuring day-to-day deal execution and milestone achievement.

The role requires coordinating with development, engineering, legal, and tax teams while advancing term sheets, diligences, and closes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, private equity, or advisory.
• Experience structuring and executing complex financing transactions, including debt, tax equity, and capital markets deals.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Experience in infrastructure financing is required and direct experience in energy storage or renewables is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Structure and execute financings, owning day-to-day transaction management and documentation.
• Structure and execute non-recourse debt and tax equity financings across a growing utility-scale BESS portfolio.
• Coordinate with development, legal, and tax teams to ensure financing activities support milestones.
• Prepare and review materials for internal investment committee, lender presentations, and senior management reporting.
• Lead scenario, sensitivity, and downside analyses and synthesize results into clear recommendations.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with commercial banks, institutional lenders, tax-equity investors, and other financial advisors.
