Job summary

Unbridled is a premier event management, production, and creative agency seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Project Delivery organization. You will guide Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Meeting Planners, and Senior Meeting Planners to ensure flawless event execution and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of meeting, event, hospitality, or project delivery experience.
• Experience leading project delivery or operations teams in fast-paced client service environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop talent and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Delivery team including Senior Project Managers and Meeting Planners.
• Establish performance expectations, career development plans, and coaching strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and plan succession for the Project Delivery organization.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and hospitality across teams.
• Drive standards, templates, and best practices for project delivery.
