Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking a seasoned project controls leader to oversee cost management, performance metrics, and governance across projects. You will guide controls staff, promote safety and the company’s initiatives, and align project performance with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include developing measurement systems, leading reporting, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes. Some travel and cross-location collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field with ten (10) years of qualified experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project controls personnel and promote AEP's safety culture and business initiatives.
• Develop performance measurement system and clearly define performance expectations linked to business goals.
• Prepare periodic cost and schedule control reports, reconcile actual costs, forecast projections, and manage change/risk.
