Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in program management within drug development, with proven ability to drive execution and manage risks while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or equivalent with scientific knowledge or experience.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/drug development program management or related cross-functional project management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional integrated program planning and execution for TED programs with the Program Lead.
• Maintain program timelines, dashboards, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates and ensure action items with owners and due dates.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments to support timeline adherence.
