Job summary

Alpha-9 Oncology, a clinical-stage biotech company, seeks a Director, Program Management to drive planning and execution across its radiopharmaceutical pipeline. You will own integrated plans connecting Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and nonclinical teams, balancing quality, speed, and cost while maintaining program budgets and timelines.

This hands-on role requires digging into details, early risk identification, and building trusted relationships across the company to move work forward.

Qualifications

• 10+ years biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in drug development program management.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA or PMP).
• Experience coordinating regulatory submissions and milestones.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape program priorities and integrated development plans for assigned programs.
• Own the integrated plan and drive execution with Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and nonclinical teams.
• Build timelines, assess dependencies (e.g., isotope supply, manufacturing, imaging landances).
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Present status, trade-offs, and options to leadership for timely decisions.
• Coordinate inputs for IND/CTA filings, study starts, and readouts.
• Run program team meetings with agendas and action items.
• Establish PM tools and processes to scale with the company.
• Manage budgets and forecasts with Finance and leads.
• Track CRO/CDMO/isotope supplier deliverables and escalate risks.
