Comcast (CC) of Willow Grove is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead development and execution of PM processes aligned with strategic objectives. You will oversee budgets, guide cross-functional teams, and act as a liaison to senior management to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes building scalable program frameworks, staffing decisions, and ongoing process improvements, with a focus on maximizing organizational effectiveness and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing program management processes to streamline project delivery
• Overseeing the creation and management of program budgets, ensuring fiscal alignment with project goals
• Crafting cross-functional plans, setting objectives, and devising strategies that support the company's broader goals
• Interpreting organizational goals into functional strategies, leading to actionable and measurable program plans
• Providing leadership to the program management team, fostering a culture of continuous professional development
• Holding accountability for staffing, including talent acquisition, retention, and performance management
• Acting as a point of contact for senior management, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication
• Implementing corrective actions across the organization to enhance program performance and outcomes
• Collaborating with other teams to drive business process improvements and program optimization
• Staying current with industry trends in project management methodologies and best practices to ensure strategic advantage
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
