Responsibilities

• Understand program scope, participate in planning milestones, and align with business and budget requirements.
• Identify and secure cross-functional participation for program integration and execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans and documentation.
• Schedule and manage workstreams for end-to-end program deployment.
• Manage critical paths and dependencies with stakeholders and set success criteria.
• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and mitigate disruptions.
• Forecast budget and resources and escalate issues when needed.
• Communicate and escalate issues timely for management review; ensure adherence to schedule.
