Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. in California is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead a diverse portfolio across the full product lifecycle, ensuring performance, cost, schedule, and growth targets are met.

You will apply advanced EVMS, IMS/IPS planning, and strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and deliver cost-effective defense systems for government and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership in aerospace industry.
• Ability to plan, organize, staff, control and direct complex projects.
• Understanding of engineering, development tech, and DoD specs.
• Lead major subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across lifecycle to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Develop baselines with requirements, specs, and configuration management.
• Maintain integrated master plan/schedule for procure, production, sustainment.
• Drive financial objectives, contracts, customer management, and resource mgmt.
• Oversee program portfolio and ensure contractual compliance.
• Proposal development, P&L, and business growth for platform.
