Job summary

Cielo is seeking a strategic leader to drive operating models and continuous improvement across client programs in a remote-friendly US role.

You will align people, process, and technology to deliver scalable talent solutions, oversee capacity planning, KPIs, SLAs, and change management, and partner with ATS/CRM and analytics teams.

5+ years in talent solutions or program management and Lean/Six Sigma experience are required, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with ATS/CRM, data analytics, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Remote work experience preferred.
