The City of Atlanta is seeking a Director of Program Delivery within the Grants division of the Department of City Planning. This leadership role reports to the Executive Director of Grants and directs the Healthy Homes Atlanta program, overseeing operations, policies, and complex projects to meet HUD grant goals.

Emphasis on accountability, compliance, and strategic collaboration with city and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six (4) years of progressive experience in grant management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee execution of policies, programs, and projects for the HHA division.
• Prepare and submit routine HUD and CoA reports.
• Manage budgets, cost allocations, and reimbursements for grant funded projects.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with HUD and city requirements.
