Job summary

The City of Atlanta, GA seeks a Director of Program Delivery to lead the Healthy Homes Atlanta (HHA) Division, directing operations, programs, and strategic initiatives in support of grant‑required goals.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Grants, you will supervise HHA managers, oversee HUD reports, manage budgets and HR activities, and collaborate with internal and external partners to advance public housing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of policies, programs, and projects for the Healthy Homes Atlanta division; ensure timely submissions of routine HUD reports, plans, and recommendations.
• Provide leadership to the HHA managers overseeing multiple activities related to operations and compliance functions; establish, revise, and implement operating policies; build relationships across the department and the City; communicate with HUD; assist with long-term staffing and resource planning.
• Identify, coach, and mentor employees for future positions; perform HR-related duties including staff onboarding/offboarding, payroll-related documentation, and procurement workflows; monitor spending and grant drawdowns; coordinate fiscal audits and compliance reviews.
