Job description

Location: India/Remote

About the Job:

This role is responsible for delivering multiple software projects concurrently. It will lead design, development, implementation, managed services, and solutioning. Responsibilities include working with customers, functional and matrix managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all ACENTRA projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, aligned with ACENTRA guidelines and client expectations. The role involves creating technical solutions for customers, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and performing market analysis to determine customer needs. Leading a team of junior and mid-level executives responsible for implementation, solutions, and delivery, and coordinating with product engineering, SQA, and other teams to meet delivery and solution requirements.

What you will do:

  • Ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines for multiple projects.
  • Lead design, development, implementation (DDI), solutioning, and managed services.
  • Monitor and track multiple projects to mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage resource allocation and make decisions on hiring in a timely manner.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Focus on service delivery improvement initiatives.
  • Manage estimations and budgets.
  • Manage people and stakeholders effectively.
  • Build and engage high-performing, agile teams.
  • Manage client relationships.
  • Adhere to client processes and performance/quality metrics.
  • Own technical solutioning in RFPs/RFI responses.
  • Ensure standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Who you are:

Education & Experience:

  • Background in BE/B.Tech/MCA or related fields; Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Delivery management with 18+ years in the software industry, preferably in Healthcare Domain with MMIS experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge with successful hands-on experience in program management delivery.
  • Experience in product implementations, maintenance, and enhancements projects.
  • Passionate about leading delivery and solutioning.
  • Manage delivery excellence parameters: quality, schedule, productivity, estimation.
  • Use metrics and KPIs for delivery management.
  • Identify risks and issues in product implementation, services, and solutions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with communication tools for ideas and solutions.
  • Hands-on resource management skills.
