Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director, Production Analytics to own global Production Analytics across Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Warehousing. You will lead the hardest analytical problems, build a team, and ensure analytics drive high-impact decisions with data-backed evidence.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, program-level impact, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, data, or quantitative operations, including 5+ years leading analytics or data teams.
• Rigorous, teachable approach to ambiguous problems.
• Genuinely hands-on with datasets, able to defend methods.
• Ability to identify the highest-value problem in a messy operational environment.
• Track record of operational outcomes with numbers.
• Experience shipping analytics as supported products.
• Able to influence leadership peer-to-peer without authority.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. person per ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Apply analytics to the production’s biggest problems with evidence-based prioritization.
• Shift production reporting from retrospective to leading indicators.
• Generalize proven capabilities into standard enterprise products.
• Own analytics for ramping production from low to high rate.
• Build and lead the consolidated analytics organization and managers.
• Ensure numbers are trustworthy and data defects are fixed.
