Job summary
The Freeman Company is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead strategy, development, optimization, and lifecycle management of its structures, furniture, fixtures, and flooring products across national markets. You will identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging tech to enhance existing products and drive new solutions while reducing total cost of ownership.

Qualifications
- Experience leading product strategy across multiple lines in a complex organization.
- Ability to build and communicate business cases, roadmaps and GTM plans.
- Strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Legal.
Responsibilities
- Create product strategy and lifecycle plans from concept to retirement.
- Develop merchandising, pricing and market positioning strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops and drive go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor partnerships and global sourcing.
- Develop training and sales collateral for product launches.
- Support product claims with legal and IP considerations.
