The Director of Product Management will report to the VP of Digital Merchandising & Content and is responsible for leading the strategy, development, optimization, and lifecycle management of Freeman's nationwide portfolio of structures, furniture, fixtures, and flooring products, including all Modular Build Systems (MBS) and FLEX. The role drives product innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to enhance existing products, develop new solutions, and improve profitability while reducing total cost of ownership.
Working cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Design, and Operations, this position develops product roadmaps, product positioning, merchandising and pricing strategies, business cases, and go‑to‑market plans. The role oversees the complete product lifecycle—from concept through retirement. Responsibilities also include building an innovative product mix to maximize revenue and profitability, identifying and managing partnerships that drive efficiency and standardization across the Freeman network, and creating enterprise‑wide product training to support successful adoption and commercialization.
