Job summary

Dorman is seeking a senior product/category leader to drive growth across product portfolios. You will lead cross-functional teams, define category strategy, and coordinate pricing and sourcing with engineering and supply chain partners to improve revenue, margin and inventory productivity.

The role requires a strong background in category management, strategy development and multi-industry experience, with a focus on delivering measurable commercial results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with strong business acumen and adaptability.
• Experience driving category strategy, pricing and sourcing.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2 to 5 cross-functional product teams to identify opportunities and execute strategies.
• Co-develop customer and pricing strategies with respective teams.
• Define Category Strategy and value proposition for assigned categories.
• Lead category SWOT updates and market analyses including competitive landscape.
• Support product teams with trend and gap analyses from market research.
• Oversee profitability, market share and lifecycle management of the portfolio.
