Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with CDX leaders to define the business strategies for their areas.
• Tackle thorny strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
• Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, including AI transformation.
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics and landscape assessments.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation with engineering partners.
• Lead a team of strategy and product leaders and invest in their development.
• Foster customer satisfaction by building trusted stakeholder relationships across the company.
• Cultivate a dynamic, customer-centric product culture and talent pipeline.
• Role-model AI adoption to improve efficiency and quality.
