Overview

Seeking a visionary and purposeful leader of Strategic Product Management to oversee our product portfolio and ensure alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. You will drive product development and innovation while defining and executing a long-term product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers and drives business growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker experienced in identity theft protection solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure product strategy aligns with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Support Commercial/Account teams on new sales efforts and client business presentations, acting as subject matter expert.
  • Oversee the development of product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights from research to inform product strategy, feature prioritization, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement solutions that address friction points and elevate the overall user experience.
  • Lead Product Managers, ensuring alignment on priorities and effective execution of the product roadmap.
  • Continuously engage with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to gather input, inform the roadmap, and align priorities with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to deliver high-quality services and integrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Ensure the product complies with all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, building trust with consumers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on identity theft protection solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of product specialists and driving execution of complex roadmaps.
  • Proficient in commercial activities and client interactions that include identity theft solution content, landscape and roadmap.
  • Proven ability to optimize customer journeys and enhance user experiences through design thinking and analytics.
  • Expertise in leveraging market research, data analytics, and performance metrics to drive product success.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder and vendor management, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Aha!, JIRA, and Confluence for product planning and execution.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
