Harvey is building AI-native software for professional services. As head of Product Security, you will guide a growing team of engineers, embedding security into our engineering practices as we scale.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll own the security roadmap, lead threat modeling, architecture reviews, and automation efforts, and partner with product, infrastructure, and engineering to protect our customers' data.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Product Security engineers at a growing technology company.
• Strong engineering background with modern application security and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record delivering security improvements through engineering, automation, and close collaboration with development teams.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineers with clear ownership.
• Ability to translate broader security goals into actionable programs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director of Product Security to translate strategy into focused priorities and measurable outcomes for your team.
• Hire, develop, and lead Product Security Engineers, establishing clear ownership with engineering counterparts.
• Align security investments with business priorities and the technical realities of Harvey's platform.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and delivery; provide architecture reviews, threat modeling, and remediation guidance.
