Quest Diagnostics seeks a Director of Product Operations – WHS to lead commercialization, operational enablement, and lifecycle management for the Workforce Health Solutions portfolio across Workplace Drug Screening and Employer Population Health segments. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of Product Development – WHS and directs a team of Senior Managers and Product Support Specialists to align strategy with scalable, profitable solutions while optimizing SLAs, data flows, and platform

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive product management, product development, or operational leadership experience in healthcare or B2B2C corporate wellness.
2–3 years of direct people management experience leading product management or cross-functional teams.
Experience scaling digital platforms and launching complex B2B services.

Responsibilities

Standardize operational playbooks and SLAs across both lines of business.
Oversee end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from concept to commercialization and optimization.
Partner with Clinical Operations, Lab Administration, Logistics, and Customer Service to optimize workflows and report KPIs.
Coordinate with IT, development, and sales to ensure integration with Quest digital platforms and data flows.
Support pricing decisions, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and drive margin expansion.
Lead matrixed squads across IT/HTAS, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, and Brand Marketing to deliver on-time launches.
Define performance metrics and career development plans for the Product Operations team.
