Qualifications

• 3-5 years in workplace drug screening/occupational health industry (as stated).
• Experience in product operations, lifecycle management, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to apply strategic frameworks to operations and goals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Drives the operational lifecycle of the OHS and workplace drug screening product portfolio.
• Product Implementation & Commercialization: Leads rollout of new screening products and platform enhancements with milestones and success metrics.
• Process Optimization & Efficiencies: Audits and improves the product delivery value chain to streamline workflows.
• Margin Optimization & Financial Acumen: Partners with Finance and Sales to monitor KPIs and margins.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Manages cross-functional contributors to deliver plans on time and within budget.
• Platform & Technology Alignment: Ensures data flow and tools are optimized for employer and patient experiences.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Uses market and performance data to justify product enhancements and reporting.
• Go-To-Market Enablement: Aligns Marketing and Operations for cohesive market-to-order activities.
• Executive Communication: Creates senior-level presentations and communicates strategic updates.
