Job Description

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin.

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, Digital, AI.

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach, enabling easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing plans and activities for specific products to establish or enhance product placement within the competitive landscape.
  • Develop business plans and product positioning; collaborate with Product Strategy to perform market research, monitor competition, and identify customer needs.
  • Participate in sales support and client renewals, including RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  • Ensure external readiness of products and enhancements, including detailed go-to-market and commercialization toolkits for Sales & Account Management Teams.
  • Lead operational or functional responsibilities, collaborating with senior leaders to achieve strategic goals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge and influence to solve complex issues.
  • Contribute to broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.

  • Experience in commercialization of healthcare technology products
  • Healthcare experience, preferably in PBM
