Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a senior product manager with deep expertise in Verdi debug and verification. You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and customer adoption for verification software and hardware, collaborating across R&D, Product Eng, and Field Applications Engineering to ensure successful market impact.

You will track engagement milestones, develop compelling content, and provide market insights to keep Synopsys ahead in Digital, Analog/Mixed-Signal verification and HW/SW debug.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in debug platforms for functional verification, Static/Formal, Emulation/Prototyping and HW/SW debug.
• 10+ years of relevant design verification experience, product management or marketing.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing product strategy, product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and customer adoptions for Synopsys Verdi under end-to-end verification software and hardware.
• Tracking engagement pipeline and milestones, driving business and technical objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Creating compelling presentations and content (blogs, videos, webinars, ads) to elevate product visibility.
• Serving as a subject matter expert with customers and field teams.
• Monitoring market and competitive trends to adjust strategies and execution.

You Are:

You are an experienced leader with a strong understanding of the entire IC design flow with a focus on design verification and debug. You are intimately familiar with RTL design, functional simulation, static, formal property verification, coverage analysis and debug methodologies focusing on customer requirements, and industry landscape. You exhibit solid cross-functional skills to work with senior customer engineering management, Synopsys’ leadership, and collaborate with strong R&D and Product Engineering teams. You thrive in the EDA or semiconductor sector as a senior product manager or marketer, ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and executing product strategy, product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and customer adoptions for Synopsys’ Verdi® debug and verification management platform with end-to-end verification software and hardware solutions.
• Tracking engagement pipeline and key milestones to meet goals through cross-functional collaboration and driving business and technical objectives.
• Creating compelling presentations and driving the development of other content, such as blogs, videos, webinars, and advertising material.
• Serving as a subject matter expert internally and externally, interacting with customers and field teams.
• Monitoring market and competitive trends, feeding insights back into product and leadership teams to adjust strategies and execution as needed.

The Impact You Will Have:

• Driving Synopsys' leadership in Verdi® debug and verification management platform with leading Synopsys solutions in Digital, Analog/Mixed-Signal verification, HW/SW debug, and Emulation/Prototyping.
• Directing the product roadmap development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Creating impactful marketing and customer campaigns, outbound initiatives, and compelling collateral to elevate product visibility.
• Providing market and competitive insights to perform strategic adjustments and maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Need:

• Expert knowledge in debug platforms for functional verification, Static/Formal, Emulation/Prototyping and HW/SW debug.
• 10+ years of relevant design verification experience, product management or marketing.
• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar; MBA is plus.
• Strong collaborative and cross-functional skills to work in a matrix environment with solid organizational skills and a flexible mindset.
• Excellent presentation, oral/written communication skills in English, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders both within and outside the company.
