Director, Product Management, Data Classification, DLP, CASB – Salary $250k – Plus bonus and stock options

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for data privacy and security across their Data Classification platform.
• Define and prioritize product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience of managing successful enterprise security products to drive fast-growing businesses
• Managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups, skillfully balancing limited engineering resources with high pressure for features and quality from customers
• Usage Analytics/Value Metrics measurement
• SaaS cloud – tenant management – onboarding, entitlements, billing, usage, analytics, etc.
• Strong leadership/organizational skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products to market.
