Ladders is seeking a Data Governance Lead to join the team, shaping the governance foundation for AI-enabled products and data-driven decision-making.

You will define standards, controls, and operating models that support trusted data across the organization, partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders.

This remote, US-based role offers a competitive $190,000–$220,000 annual salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data governance, quality, or management.
• Proven track record building programs from scratch.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Technical fluency in reviewing SQL and data models.
• Hands-on governance with modern data quality tools.
• Strategic oversight of AI and data governance.
• Knowledge of core governance domains and regulatory frameworks.

For our client, we are seeking a Data Governance Lead to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will shape and scale the company’s governance foundation for AI-enabled products and data-driven decision-making. You will define the standards, controls, and operating model that support trusted data across the organization. The position partners closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve data quality, stewardship, and compliance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $190,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Scale data governance practices for AI-powered products
