Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Strategy and Operations - Data Cloud to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping drive execution across a fast-moving data-focused business. You will translate high-level strategy into operating plans, establish strong planning rhythms, and ensure cross-functional initiatives move forward with clarity and discipline. The position also requires synthesizing complex information for executive decision-making and supporting leadership communications in a highly collaborative environment.

Location: Pleasanton, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $207,300 – $310,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving execution of key initiatives
• Establish and optimize planning cycles and operational rhythms
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans
• Synthesize complex data for high-impact executive decision-making
• Oversee daily operations, including leadership meetings and reviews

Qualifications
