Disruptive Director of Product Management- AI Solutions (Individual Contributor)
Location: Remote on the West Coast
Compensation: $175K - $200K + bonus eligibility

Our client is a well-established $1B global player in networking technology solutions. They are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to drive cutting-edge AI initiatives with a focus on security solutions. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven record of successfully launching disruptive technologies from concept to market dominance. Experience outside the networking industry and in security is preferred. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI applications within a structured industry leader.

Responsibilities:

1. Taking innovative and disruptive products from 0-1
2. Spearheading the product strategy for AI-powered solutions in the security space
3. Shipping AI solutions with deep expertise
4. Developing and executing innovative product plans for new AI products and features
5. Creating and reviewing use cases demonstrating AI technology's transformative power
6. Building and maintaining a forward-thinking product roadmap aligned with company objectives
7. Fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams domestically and internationally
8. Providing data-driven insights to inform product development
9. Presenting ideas and proposals to executive management

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in product management
2. 12+ years in AI
3. Platform mindset
4. Experience with security products
5. Passion and expertise in shipping AI products
6. Bachelor's degree; MBA or technical degree preferred
7. Proven success in launching and scaling disruptive technology products from 0 to 1 in B2B markets
8. Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications
9. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
10. Ability to operate in entrepreneurial and structured environments
11. Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps for innovative technologies
12. Proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence in fast-moving tech sectors
