Within our Concentrix Global Products Organization, you will deliver industry-leading SaaS software and services tailored to evolving customer needs worldwide. We are seeking a Director Product Manager to build innovative Gen.AI driven solutions for our global customers.

The ideal candidate is passionate, team-oriented, and approaches the role with a general manager mentality, focusing on strategy, vision, and product growth. You should have exceptional product management skills, a deep understanding of SaaS, and a proven record of customer-led innovation and growth. Collaboration with engineering teams to develop solutions addressing global challenges is essential. You should be results-driven and persistent until objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

1. Ownership: Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, building offerings that meet customer needs, and partnering with sales and leadership to drive growth and meet targets.
2. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute multi-year strategies aligned with market trends, customer input, and company goals, driving innovation and differentiation.
3. Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with regional, industry, and standard requirements.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors, using insights to inform roadmaps and prioritize features.
5. Financial Acumen: Collaborate on forecasts, research TAM/SAM/SOM, develop region-specific pricing, and work with finance on multi-year P&L.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Align with cross-functional teams for successful delivery and adoption of solutions.
7. Client Engagement: Build relationships with key clients and partners to gather feedback and explore co-innovation opportunities.
8. Product Evangelism: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, showcasing products and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in product management, with experience in SaaS, cloud software, and gen.AI.
• Proven success in bringing innovative products to market and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Analytical mindset for translating market insights into strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including at the executive level.
• Ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, prioritization, Agile methodologies, JIRA, product marketing, and global launches.
