We’re seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and expand our product team, ensuring NikoHealth’s platform remains at the forefront of innovation. As a strategic and operational leader, you’ll drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution, enabling our clients to achieve their goals while positioning NikoHealth as a market leader.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
2. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful products on time and within scope
3. Identify opportunities to improve and expand the platform through market research, customer feedback, and emerging technology trends
4. Assess and prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, customer feedback, and ROI
5. Communicate the vision and roadmap to internal teams, customers, and executives
6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of product initiatives
7. Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to understand user pain points and refine the product to meet their needs
8. Develop processes and frameworks that support efficient product development and delivery in a fast-paced, growing organization

What You’ll Bring

1. 10+ Years of Product Management Experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, driving strategy and execution in a SaaS environment
2. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable product insights
3. Demonstrated ability to bring new products and features to market and achieve measurable business outcomes
4. Proven history of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives, and clearly articulate the product vision
5. Deep understanding of Agile and iterative development processes
6. Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
7. Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
8. Bachelor’s Degree

The pay range for this role is:

155,000 - 165,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
