Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, engineering services, or IT services.
• Proven track record in solutioning and proposal development.
• Experience working with large technology clients (Silicon Valley/Bay Area).
• Strong end-to-end project delivery in Global delivery model.
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Data & AI/GenAI.
• Platform engineering / product engineering.
• Enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across Platform engineering, Cloud and Infra, Data platforms, AI/GenAI.
• Translate client business problems into scalable, high-impact technology solutions.
• Define reference architectures, frameworks, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with global practice teams to bring best-in-class engineering solutions.
• Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution pitches.
• Develop effort estimations, pricing models, and delivery strategies.
• Create compelling value propositions and deliver client presentations.
• Partner with sales and account teams to support deal closures and pipeline growth.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (engineering leaders, CIO/CTO).
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the account.
• Mentor and develop solution architects and delivery leads.
• Support thought leadership (whitepapers, case studies, client presentations).
• Align with global engineering strategy and offerings.
