Job summary

Jabil seeks a Director of Product Engineering in Austin, TX to lead the technical direction of a teams delivering server and storage products. You will coordinate hardware, software, and firmware efforts, ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction across a global manufacturing context.

The role requires 10–15 years in engineering product development, 4+ years managing an engineering team, and strong Agile/phase-gate experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years in engineering product development.
• Minimum 4+ years directly managing an engineering team.
• Expert understanding of Agile and phase gate development methods.
• End-to-end experience in architecture, design, test and sustaining.
• Experience with enterprise server, storage, or networking products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration across functions.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
