Job summary

Sci.bio Recruiting seeks a hands-on Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional product development from concept through manufacturing and commercialization. You will drive integrated hardware/software programs, align engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain, and instill execution discipline to meet aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, product development, or engineering operations leadership.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs involving hardware and software.
• Experience in high-velocity hardware environments (consumer electronics, robotics, or regulated devices).

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated product development programs spanning hardware, software, manufacturing, quality and operations.
• Develop and maintain program plans with milestones, timelines and critical-path activities.
• Drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely execution of development objectives.
• Identify risks, constraints and bottlenecks; proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities across development, verification/validation, manufacturing scale-up, supply chain and commercialization.
