Director, Program Management – Product Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Medical Devices / Diagnostics / Advanced Hardware & Technology
We are partnering with an innovative, rapidly growing technology company seeking an experienced Director of Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional product development initiatives from early development through manufacturing and commercialization.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and execution discipline to technically complex programs.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from either the IVD/diagnostics industry or a high‑velocity product development environment, such as consumer electronics, robotics, aerospace, automotive technology, or advanced hardware.
We are particularly interested in individuals who have successfully managed aggressive product development timelines, coordinated multiple engineering and technical teams, and helped bring complex physical products to market.
We're looking for someone who is technically curious, highly organized, and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You know how to bring structure to complex programs without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. You're comfortable challenging timelines, holding teams accountable, and working directly with technical leaders to solve problems.
Most importantly, you're a hands‑on program leader who takes ownership of execution rather than simply tracking project status.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in bringing sophisticated technology products from development into commercial production.
