Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead the creation and enhancement of products for Intermediary clients in the U.S. wealth management space.

You will conduct market research, evaluate product opportunities, and coordinate with internal partners to bring new products to market. The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) and strong project-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Series 7 (or SIE and Series 7 top off) and 66 (or 63 & 65) or ability to obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform Intermediary market research to identify product development opportunities.
• Ensure access to Columbia Threadneedle capabilities across ETFs, model portfolios, SMAs, and alternatives.
• Position existing asset management capabilities to Intermediary investors and optimize pricing.
